New Twitter function added to the blog

Got a nice green Twitter button down at the end of the post now which should in theory allow you to immediately send any posts to your twitter account. Still messing around with it so should be ready to roll soon.

Bollocks, it doesn't shorten the URL and for some reason the standard twitter widget thingy on here doesn't show up,  must be something in the CSS but gork knows wut...

Edit: Actually on saying that I've just had a look at the new template designer and it's quite nice, think it's time the Blog got a new coat of paint earlier than intended.

All aboard dat Twitter Waaagh!

Well I finally signed up and started getting setup with a Twitter account for Mmmmm Gud. It'll make 'micro blogging' easier as I often have a lot of little things to say which really doesn't make either any sense to post in the main blog or I'm nowhere near a PC and forget to do it (yay for iPhone and Twitter app). So you can now follow me under the URL below.

It's also possibly a good chance to annoy the hell out of people by sending them messages over it...

1.3.3 Patch notes are a coming!

Another one of these posts you find on that Twitter malarky. This time from Andy at Mythic (he's the guy that does the stuff... you know.. stuff... posts.. n stuff.. I dunno, I'm a European we don't get Mythic interaction) Anyway, he just posted this last night so (I'm guessing) we should see the patch notes by the end of the week: Andy_Mythic's Twitter:

Now I'm not one for following Twitters, I don't have an account and don't have the time to check them as well as blogs etc but with the recent EA layoffs and news about Mythic losing some of the staff I had been doing some digging about to try and find anything to report. Not a lot came of it (and some of it was subsequently removed by the authors so I honored that and did not re post) but Josh has left this up for a few days now and whether it's just me getting desperate for news or reading too much into it (it could be that national novel writing month thing...) I hope it's 'stuff' for WAR... make of it as you will...
